With over ten years’ experience across a number of industries such as construction, IT Services and Health and Social Care, I have developed my bid management skills to a point where I feel confident I can apply my knowledge and add value to your bid function.    

How can I add value to your bid process?

Whether you have limited or no bid resource or have a fully established bid process as part of a multinational corporation, my experience and expertise allows me to easily adapt to your organisation’s bidding structure.   

I have completed tenders of varying contract values (from £100,000 to in excess of £100m) and varying client deadlines (from two weeks from tender release to full 18-month cycle with several downselections and BAFO stages).  

Having achieved a foundation level APMP qualification, I am fully cognizant of the Shipley processes, including specific decision gates (e.g. bid/no bid) and coloured review processes, and can happily implement or follow these as part of your bid function.

  • Managing large, complex multi-lot bids with TCV totalling almost £1bn.   
  • Managing and winning bids with TCV £5 – £10m within the Unified Communications industry.
  • Winning several Health and Social Care bids nationwide, including for supported living services in Nottinghamshire.
